GENERAL INFORMATION
The Branch Post Office provides convenient access to certain
mail related services (e.g., accepting outgoing mail, selling postage, USPS
money orders) for students, faculty and staff. The SIUE Branch Post Office is
governed by and must adhere to all USPS regulations and laws.

OF OPERATION
Monday through Friday
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
During University observed holidays, the Branch Post Office is closed. Also during United States Postal holidays, limited services are offered.

Mail is dispatched to the Edwardsville
Post Office at the times listed above, Monday through
Friday.

 | This office does NOT accept personal checks, credit cards or C.O.D. mail. |
| Postal money orders are cashed and sold Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. |
| Federal, Illinois and Missouri tax forms are available from January to April 15th. Forms can also be accessed at the Internal Revenue Service web site at: http://www.irs.gov. |
| Postal mail boxes (small/medium/large) are available to the public for rent. |
| Both domestic and international mailing options are available. (Go to: http://www.usps.com). |

| International mail, mail requiring express service or mail needing to be registered, certified or insured, should be hand-carried to the Branch Post Office to ensure proper processing. The Branch Post Office does not assume responsibility for the special handling of mail that is not hand delivered. All packages having an international destination must be marked to indicate that the contents meet customs regulations. |
| It is the responsibility of each unit to notify the
Branch Post Office of changes in its personnel roster. Forwarding of first class mail to
personnel who have departed the University is the responsibility of the
employing unit.
