| The University Police, in
addition to Housing, Various Units on Campus, Individual members of our
Faculty, Staff and Students, including the general public, can make
referrals to the Office of Student Affairs concerning violations of the
Student Conduct Code.
The release of this data by the Office of
Student Affairs is pursuant to the 1998 amendments to 20 U.S.C. 1082 (f).
The below table represents statistical data concerning the number of
referrals to the Office of Student Affairs for campus disciplinary action,
based on the Offenses that are reportable under this Act.
As stated above, more than one source,
including the Police, may be involved in making a referral to Student
Affairs about the same individual. Therefore, please use figures
with caution when making statistical comparisons or compilations. |
